Even though there are eight 💶 stars, Palmeiras proudly displays a ninth red star on special occasions, symbolizing the Copa Rio de 1951 victory, considered the 💶 first-ever club World Championship.

Once I found out about the significance of the eight stars to the fans of Palmeiras, these 💶 eight stars began to feel more personal and meaningful. I had a burning desire to know how those stars impacted 💶 the fan base and learn how the team interacted with their supporters.
