Unless Chucky got creative with booby traps or other tricks, Freddy would likely beat him in a direct battle. Which is to say nothing of a Freddy Krueger Vs Chucky battle in the dream world. He'd likely control Chucky like a puppet - ala Phillip in A Nightmare On Elm Street 3 - before melting him down.
